Walmart Onsite Display(9)——广告报告获取
上期介绍了Onsite Display广告可以查看的报告,本期主要考虑到报告获取的及时性与便利性,为大家带来这次内容。
登录后台切换到“Performance”板块后,可以看见两部分:“All Campaigns”与“Metrics View”,两份报告均在此页面获取。
即时报告
在“Metrics View”部分勾选想要查看的广告活动或者广告组数据。每页默认展示5个广告活动,最多可以调整为30个广告活动每页。同时,点击每个广告活动左侧的箭头下拉可查看该广告活动下广告组的表现。

勾选广告活动或者广告组时,图表可在“All Campaigns”部分查看。如果仅查看单个广告活动或者单个广告组,可勾选三个指标。如果要勾选多个广告活动或广告组,图表部分仅能展示一个指标。此外,在查看多个广告组情况时,必须是同一广告活动下的广告组才可比较。

在列表右上角,可以通过搜索词快速查找特定的广告活动与广告组,或者通过状态筛选不同的广告。最右侧三个垂直小点可以自定义列表欲展示的指标。

点击“Export Metrics”下拉框可见几种选项:
• Export Daily:广告数据按日分类并导出报告
• Export Aggregate:广告数据汇总并导出报告
• Export line items:根据数据列表选择的日期范围,以汇总的方式导出每个广告活动下line items的数据
• Export line items CTD:根据广告开始投放至报告导出前一天的日期范围,以汇总的方式导出每个广告活动下line items的数据
定时报告
如果要设置定时报告,主要查看“All Campaigns”右上角,共分为4步:

(1)点击“All campaigns”部分右上角的日历图标
(2)选择“Schedule a report”
(3)在弹出的窗口里填写报告信息。其中,“Campaign”指定欲生成报告的广告活动(如果想要生成广告组的报告,需要在最开始选中所在广告活动后再重复创建步骤),“Report Period”可选过去7天或者本月至今,“Metrics Type”可选按日分类或者汇总展示
(4)填写完所有信息后,点击窗口右下角“Schedule Report”,指定报告将定时通过电子邮件发送给我们,点击邮件链接即可下载报告,大大减少重复行为
